“When we were checking in the front staff was very rude. They did not have any pet friendly rooms available but for $100 extra we could get a regular room (extra was to pay for a "deep cleaning"). Usual pet fee was $15. I thought this was bogus, asked to cancel my reservation. They said since we booked through Expedia we have to go through them. Luckily Expedia was able to cancel the reservation for us - thanks Expedia. The Quality Inn looked like a dump. I believe they did us a favor by……

“Rooms are always nuce Breakfast is lacking. Coffee is not good…all choices taste the same. Gravy and eggs and sausage are never hot. I was sick all morning after eating a few bites of it. Parking good ”

“For starters, the pool was nice, good water pressure in the showers and this is one of the cheapest options in the area. The down sides: There is not an elevator which was difficult for older and injured travel companions(admittedly our fault for assuming and should have booked lower level just in case). Both rooms I booked were gross. Black gunk in the ac, half of the bedding was not clean and I dont mean stains or wear over time. The floors were at most hastly vaccumed. One room had gum stuck……
