“Hotel con parcheggio privato molto comodo,con anche tettoia per riparare le auto dal sole. Reception e location semplice quasi sicuramente a gestione familiare. Qualità ottima della reception e della disponibilità per ogni evenienza. Camere semplici come arredo ma funzionali con letto molto comodo,matrimoniale e non i soliti 2 singoli accoppiati. Doccia calda fin da subito e ottimo anche il phon capelli. Colazione semplice ma ottima,diverse torte fresche e cornetti. Qualità prezzo eccellente……

“Hotel is along the road, very convenient to find parking and the address. The rooms are a bit old, but the view is stunning with a panorama of the entire Tuscan countryside. The hotel offers dinner, but if you’re willing to drive for 10 mins there is some delicious, great value dining options in town. ”

“Wonderful location in the heart of Montepulciano. Large, comfortable room with an amazing view. Venture up to the rooftop for an even better experience. The only concern was that the air conditioning was not operating, perhaps because the weather had just started to heat up.. It was not overly hot when we visited, but a little cool down would have been nice.”

“Roberto and Victoria are lovely! So nice, very helpful and breakfast was so nice out in the garden! Roberto can’t do enough for you! Hotel is up around the middle of the town, well located to go up or down and near everything! The room we had was old, crowded and bathroom very tiny, even hard for my husband to fit between the sink and wall to get to the toilet, it’s just that the property is old and not renovated so understandable but because I depend a lot on reviews, I’m telling it like it……

“We were welcomed by energetic Betina and she made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We had a delicious dinner on site. Our bed and pillows was very comfortable making it difficult to wake up. Pool area had excellent views of Pienza in the distance.”

“Beautiful quiet location, great pool and well maintained gardens, with some beautiful roses. Restaurant was excellent. It's about 25 minutes from Montepulciano but it's an easy drive and country roads. has the advantage of being 20 minutes from Castiglione del Largo and Lago Trasimeno. Staff were very helpful.”
