"The property is in terrible condition i feel completely robbed the door worked after around 15 to 20 attempts the shower was full of mold and the light and ventilation did not work the room had only 1 working plug socket the phone system for the hotel didn't work. Aircon didn’t work - said they’d tried to fix it but couldn’t and suggested opening the window!! Bathroom was extremely small and a wet room which flooded with limited drainage. "Quite a nice hotel to stay in, however, we found the neighborhood to be very noisy at night. There are a couple of bars just outside the front entrance, and the alleyway is busy at night. It is a pleasant walk from the train station, check in was easy and the room was fine."

"Hotel is practical for business travellers - no significant sights so if you are a tourist you will find more charming places in the hills near Piacenza. I was to late in arrival to try their evening restaurant. It looks more like a breakfast restaurant ie not particularly “cosy” My room was well clean-keep in mind hotels cleanliness is generally very good in Italy. If not, they loose clients and ultimately close. "
