For 30 years I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 - 20 days each year. It looks nice and is clean. It is a convention center hotel but just a few minutes from the Strip. Behind the scenes it is showing some of its age. The hot water can take 20 minutes in some rooms. The AC works but can be noisy. The same is true for the refrigerators. One other thing is food availability hours.

The room is decent for its price, parking is free is a plus considering its location 10-15 min. walk from the strip. I would recommend it.

The hotel is new and beautiful. It is quite far from all the Vegas action. Staff is very pleasant. Efficiency at the promenade restaurants is poor. It takes a very long time to receive what is supposed to be quick meals. The fine dining was ok. Prices were reasonable considering the portions were very large. None of the meals were exceptional though. Our room was nice but for 4 nights, housekeeping only came one day. We repetitively had to ask for more towels and to change our garbage. Even when we activated the service room light, they did not service the room. The casino is dead so don’t expect excitement there. Very few shops are open in the resort. We decided to try this hotel because of the good room rates being offered and we were there for business not Vegas excitement. But we will not go back. I would be surprised if this resort lasts.
