Travelled for a weekend away and booked here. For the most part it was tolerable.
I upgraded to a suite with a pool view when I arrived. Mistake as they start blasting music at 9 am when the pool opens and you can hear the entire song inside your room with ac running. It made for rest during the day hard to do.
Going back to my arrival while in the Taxi I got the smell of sewage and the Taxi driver explained this smell is always there. It’s literally by hotel drop off. Even worse is that the smell will get into the casino by the promenade area. It smells like rotting debri. I would have said maybe a one off but the taxi driver stated it’s always there.
The room was nice minus some of the walls had grunge on them. A mini fridge was in the room but no microwave to even warm up food.
Lastly you would think for a hotel that the water would be hot all the time. Or even warm. But not once but 3 times that I showered there was barely warm water. 3 am or 6 am shouldn’t matter the water should be hot.
The staff were friendly but I didn’t interact much with them. The Mexican restaurant had good food but the two sweet evening staff made my night.
Casino cleanliness was decent but traveling between other casinos I would say they could improve compared to local competition in the same “block” area.
Overall it was disappointing for a Las Vegas hotel.
