The villa is located on a quiet hillside location, ideal to unwind in the loving warmth of your companions. There is a private garden with a rustic-style terrace, wooden sitting, a brick BBQ and an outdoor kitchen to spend timeless get-togethers whilst taking in the dreamy setting of the villa. In the evening, your time outside will be extra special with unforgettable sunsets over the lake and the terrace lighting creating a very suggestive ambience and perfect dinner dates.

Inside, the two-level villa is equipped with all modern utilities to facilitate a carefree stay. There is a big, well-furnished living room with air-conditioning and a fireplace with a sofa in front to complement year-round stays at the magical Lake Maggiore. There is also large dining to seat everyone comfortably and a fully-fitted kitchen with a dishwasher to whip up delicious homemade meals and call for a family reunion.

Other kitchen utilities include a coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, fridge and oven for guests’ convenience.

Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with 2 single beds and direct access to a second terrace with a captivating view of the lake and seating to enjoy calm evenings.

Location

The holiday villa is located in the extremely tranquil and green commune of Castelveccana, where guests can enjoy picnics and hiking in nature, have a fun time at the beaches and also get a taste of the ancient history surrounding Lake Maggiore.

There are a couple of cafes and restaurants located within a 10-minutes drive from the villa. The beaches Sasso Galletto and 5 Arcate are also about the same distance from the holiday rental. However, the hiking area with magnificent landscape views are even closer: Sentiero di Calde and Percorso Vita, both are a 5-minutes drive away. Especially for art lovers, a completely unique and special experience awaits at the Borgo d’ Arte hiking area.

The churches and cathedrals of Castelveccana are also well worth a visit. The Chiesa S. Victoria is a 10-minutes drive from here, and the ‘rotated’ Chiesa Santi Apostoli belonging to the 12th Century is just a little further along. For exploring other towns of Lake Maggiore, the main harbour of Laveno-Mombello is just half an hour’s drive away.

The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 1 hour and 10 minutes drive from the holiday villa.
