“This property was excellent. Check in was easy and they sent out a detailed email with all the info we needed to get in and lock up. The space itself was incredibly clean and beautiful. The pool was beautiful but unfortunately too chilly to fully enjoy at the moment. The view was incredible though. Also, should our to La Micaela cafe next door for having the best coffee I’ve had in a while. Got two cups in our one day stay! What a great deal for what we paid! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Having the ability to shop in the mall and it meet all my needs. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was given the opportunity for a late checkout. Although there was a language barrier it did not prevent me from experiencing amazing customer service from the staff. They were always pleasant and helpful where necessary. Thanks for your service. “Got in on a red eye. Wouldn’t let us check into a room until 3pm unless we wanted to pay for an extra night. The rooms surrounding the lounge/dining area are loud. There is someone playing music from 7am throughout the entire day until late evening. The rooms in the back were quieter. The food was good. Breakfast buffet also really good.”
