“What a wonderful place and staff! I felt so welcome ! Was the perfect area , close enough , but not too close to the main road . One thing I would have have put on my wish list Would have been a coffee machine in my room or access to coffee earlier than 7:30 , and a better fridge . Yes the rooms are a bit dated , but the atmosphere , view and staff made up for it !!”

“From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time they dropped us back off, everyone at the Alaia was top notch. Our room was amazing, the pools were really clean and not crowded, the food was good and service was really great. Honestly, I have nothing below great to say about any aspect of the resort. Room reasonably clean. Quiet if you don't take room upstairs by the "office". One room smelled moldy - we refused it & took a better one on 1st floor back. AC good. Wifi pretty good. Bed okay - claimed to be queen, but 2x. Only towel, hand towel & bar of soap; NO washcloth, bath mat, shampoo. Shower……
