Front desk is always available for help & very knowledgeable. This hotel is centrally located. Easy walking distance to a lot and roughly 10 minutes from the airport. The breakfast included was delicious. A pretty nice menu. The ice cream shop and Spa were nice. we visited the spa twice during our stay. My favorite staff employee was Tyrone. He is probably the youngest employee, very mild mannered but great at his job. His customer service is an easy A+. Just a great place." The main problem was being awakened at 3am by loud rooster crowing from the poolside through the closed windows. I kept hearing this occasionally until I needed to wake up at 6:30 for diving. The other thing that wasn't perfect was the A/C unit seemed oversized and generated a big breeze when on and overcooled.
