“Seeing Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip and stayed 3 night in this hotel. Located on a high ground of Goreme with stunning panoramic view to the entire valley. One of the best place to see the early morning hot air balloons flying over the city. The hotel setting is excellent with every room is different in shape and confriguration, and the real cave room, the one I had, was an unique experience to me. Cave room do not have air-conditioning and bathroom exhaust is not good enough. And……

When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to……

“I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!! The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust! There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust! I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me. I almost miss my train.……
