“Everything was in top notch shape. Actually, everything looked like it was brand new. The appliances were spitting fan clean the sink from the kitchen the bathrooms, the floors, the linens everything was very clean. They had all the amenities that were needed during our stay. The area was very private and our location was right above the hot tub which was so convenient and it was pretty secluded because there was like trees that blocked the view which was nice and we were able to see our vehicle……

“Had a wonderful stay for a weekend family retreat with adult children and our dog. The place was well furnished with quality bedding and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and treats. Location was central and convenient with the Arroyo Grande village nearby, Trader Joe's, and freeway access to hikes, golfing, and beach. It was nice having a small backyard for our dog. Complex was very quiet. Electric car charger was a definite bonus. Would love to come back for another stay.”

“Excellent view from second floor, no stairs from parking lot to unit which is a plus for us. I like the second bedroom bed arrangement, perfect for our daughter and granddaughter.. Very well equipped unit, including table linens. New sofa and chairs in living room, which are very attractive and comfortable. Left my instant read thermometer on accident, but others can enjoy and I'll buy a new one. First time staying for Thanksgiving and have reservation for next year already and one before that……
