“My family and I love the property. It was walking distance to the beach. Reasonable pricing for a condo. We would definitely recommend staying at this place. We would also be coming back to stay at the seven sisters.”

“The stay was pleasant, comfortable and convenient. Upon first arrival, we had some difficulty with the entry code. I had been driving all day and hadn’t seen the email that was sent with instructions so I called the owner who returned my call immediately with instructions and we were in. I later found the email. Oops! Great response from owner though!! After that, we had a couple more times we had to contact owner and she was always responsive and offered immediate solutions. I would however……

“Great view of the ocean. The deck is small for four people to sit comfortably. The unit was stocked with everything that one might need. The exterior was a little worn but workers were there doing reconstruction. Very quiet and secure property. Very quick, easy beach excess. Two minor maintenance items were a bathroom clogged sink and a leaky coffee maker. We called on the sink but the maintenance crew did not fix it. All in all, happy that we rented this property.”

“This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. ……
