“Nice cabin! We thought it was up in the mountains when we arrived, but it's actually in the city. We had planned for a barbecue outdoors, but we received notice that no fires were allowed outdoors that day.”

“Such a lovely little place to stay. So much better than nearby hotels. Kitchen is fully functional with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchen tools, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans. This is our 2nd time staying here. The host is very responsive and checks in via messages to make sure all is well. The place is spotless! Parking is convenient. Great location. What else can I say? I’m so glad I found this place because we visit relatives often and previously always stayed in nearby……

“Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. Some rentals are sterile, and this had color and decor that made it feel warm.Our favorite feature is the little seating area outside. We enjoyed it multiple times. The one downside: the bathroom situation. Other people have mentioned it, and we dealt with it, but I didn't……

“This is a lovely efficiency with a view of the ocean. The porch/deck was great to watch the sunset. It is close to the highway, but the noise from traffic at night, even with the windows open, did not bother us. We slept great, the bed is very comfortable. Great restaurants in walking distance and I absolutely recommend Godmother’s for books! I was very pleased with our stay here and would do it again.”
