We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. “Don’t get me wrong, the suite was just wonderful. The room I booked overlooked the sea and I slept to the sound of waves. Gorgeous. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 for the staff was the young man who checked me in first night. He was absolutely lovely!! They need to just have him and him alone at the front desk. The cleaning crew were also very nice and greeted me when they saw me, they were way nicer than the rest of the front staff. Not that they were rude or anything but not warm……
