This beautiful home is located in the center of the peninsula within walking distance to King and Calhoun street. This is the second floor unit of a duplex and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with gorgeous pine floors, a queen size pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of natural light and a balcony for watching the sunset. There is private parking for 1-2 vehicles. \*We are happy to accommodate our guests with furry friends. Please refer to the pet charge under our fees section.
