“House was Everything as advertised ..clean and well equipped....host provided all information and insight in advance and added in our stay. ..the only concern was off premises parking...did present uncertainty one evening. .”

“This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups.”

“Nice clean home, comfortable bedrooms, accommodating bathrooms and good working kitchen. Highlight is back deck leading to Chester River. You can use the kayaks at the property and fishing is very good! Overall pleasant experience and would definitely stay there again. ”

“My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! ”

“The stay at this home was EXCEPTIONAL! The view and location were spectacular, home was so fully stocked with everything (and then some) of what you may need. I had viewed a few properties nearby and we were so happy that we chose this one! Definitely the nicest place I've stayed in ever. Beautiful. Decorated so lovely, everything you need geared to the area. We had not been to this area before but had such a fabulous time, I hope we return. The scenery of watching all the birds and...

“Family coming in from the North, South, and West. Meeting together for a family event. This house was centrally located for everyone to go off and visit friends in MD, Newark, and Wilmington and then all attend a family event in PA. Easy check in and great communication with the host. ”

“The dome and surrounding areas looks like it does in the photos, and using the compost toilet, shower, etc were pretty easy even for a camping novice like myself. The farm is beautiful and quiet. Good opportunities for birding too. I never saw or heard the gentlemen who live in the farmhouse, I only saw their cars come and go. I came here for rest and a connection to nature, and that’s what I got. I’d love to come back in the future! I think it would be even nicer later in the spring.”

“The river house has an absolutely amazing view! My kids were thrilled with the chance to fish off a very long dock and even get their feet in the water on a small beach below the house (when the tide was out). Overall, the house was perfect and just big enough for our large family of seven. Matt was very responsive to a few questions I had and was a wonderful host! ”
