"Only really slept there due to timings but the room was well decorated and maintained and cleaned. Got a drink at the bar which was nice and parked offsite which was discounted by the hotel. Would stay there again."
"We enjoyed our stay in this quirky hotel. Our room was on the top floor, via a set of very uneven stairs (it is very old). Our room was very hot as Chester was experiencing extremely warm weather. We loved the location of the hotel and the room was very clean."
"Fantastic location, unfortunately no aircon in the room and the windows are permanently locked, so the room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night and morning when getting ready. I’d stay here again but not in the summer."
"Nice room, but the bath didn’t drain making the shower a bit of a paddling experience, but friendly staff and good food. £20 to use the pool felt a bit pricy but overall a nice hotel."
