"Listing had 3 bedrooms: two with 2 queen beds in each, and one with 3 bunkbeds and a twin bed. Perfect for a group of 8 friends for a weekend away. However, two bedrooms contained just 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed in each. The third bedroom had a single queen bed. When we contacted the host she rather snippily told us that it sleeps 8 and thats how many we booked for. "The house was cleaned and had lots of space. One bath for the bedrooms, a powder room on the main floor and a shower in the basement with toilet. My grandchild came to visit and enjoyed the swings and bunnies in the yard"

"Communication with host was excellent. The property looks like it's in the middle of some work, which left some unfinished appearances (outlet covers, spackling/paint, things like that). It was left very clean by the clean up crew.Biggest drawback was the temperature. Bedrooms are small which led to the bed being right against a window, and with the air conditioner still installed, the cold air came seeping through the cracks all night long. "I booked this home to visit our two first-year students at Carnegie Mellon University last October. The house was very nice, clean, and well-kept. "The place worked for what we were there for so we honestly didn’t spend a lot of time IN the actual space. We came for the football game with another couple so it was perfect for us. There is only one bathroom but there is a mirror in the one room so we still could get ready and not be on top of each other. The place looks like it’s being upgraded so when it’s finished it will be great. "
