“It was very noisy with trucks coming in and out of the parking lot all night.”

“My room was not very clean. The door was not closing, there was a smell in the room. They were no curtains on the windows. There was a lot of light coming in through the windows. I could not asleep due to the light in my room when I went to check for breakfast there was a couple things just sitting in the kitchen area. Self-serving I was expecting breakfast to be served. I get what I pay for not staying there again.”

“This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. I didn't have breakfast, but I passed the area it was in, and it looked nice. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn. (I was in town for an event in Murrysville and I chose to go……

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money .”

“Hotel was okay... I think they are going through renovations? Items were for sale in the lobby... walls scratched in the hallway on the way to the room. Breakfast was okkkkk. Went to Starbucks after ha ha. Just stayed one night, so it was fine. The lady at the front desk was super nice.”

“Love the convient location to places I need to frequent. Easy on and off the interstate. I had a better stay compared to last year when remodeling was going on strong. Stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms. Loved the shower, without the tub. The breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty choices. Staff was very friendly. I hope the remodeling includes refreshing the seat covering in the dining area. They are thread bare.”
