The owner reached out and was easy to communicate with. We live in the next town over from Glenview and rented the home for a month for my aunt’s extended visit.Our concerns were relatively minor but worth noting. The listing tagline reads, “Amazing mid-term rental—entire home in Glenview,” but the property is actually in Northbrook. While the description later mentioned Northbrook, the headline was misleading. It felt a bit like a bait-and-switch since the rate seemed more in line with Glenview pricing. Perhaps the property falls within a Glenview school district, but the address and setting were clearly Northbrook.Additionally, although the house sits on a residential street, it’s a corner lot right off a busy road, which detracted from the “premium” feel.
