I had booked two weeks in advance. Even tho I revived email with confirmation number and money was taken out of my account for the stay. Said all there rooms were booked and tried to send us on are way! Next town was 30 mins out of are way. I asked why they were on Expedia if you can’t book through it and said it was something they were trying to fix. Night doubt it!! Super upset and we were unsure if we had a place to sleep that night. The rooms are good sized and look to be recently updated. The front desk staff are all very nice, and the breakfast was good. The Casino across the parking lot has a decent bar and restaurant. It is managed by the same team that runs the casino 1 min away. Didn't expect this level of hotel in the middle of Oregon. Nice place after visiting Crater Lake NP.
