Check in we could have done with more information for example there is no evening meal on a sunday and the breakfast information so was slow to unravel. The room and bathroom was spacious and dogs are welcome without an additional charge. However we could have done with locating a poo bin. The food was nice with sensible portions. Some more local info would have been useful. We arrived in the dark on a wet and windy night, having had a much longer journey than expected, so we were very pleased that the restaurant was available! I had pheasant whilst the others had burgers - all were tasty and very welcome! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good en suite facilities. Full English breakfasts were much appreciated.
