Seetharkund is believed to be the place where Lord Ram, Lakshman, and Goddess Sita took rest during their exile period. At Seetharkund you will also find the famous tree that has become the landmark for Nelliampathy. Where ever you search for Nelliampathy the first thing you get to see is the gooseberry tree. When you move a bit from there you can find the suicide point from where the Seetharkund waterfall will be visible. An adventure yet peaceful experience is promised at Seethargundu View Point. The cloudy sky merging with the greenery is a sight to behold.
