“This hotel is in a perfect location on the seashore and only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Cavtat is within easy walking distance and offers restaurants, souvenir shops & supermarkets. It is a beautiful spot with super-yachts in the bays & small beaches mostly pebble all along the coast on either side of the hotel. The hotel food was fresh & plentiful if a bit different from Uk/SA food but to be expected in another country. The indoor pool is a really great space and the jacuzzi was well……

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. “Beautiful, quiet, well equipped apartment with balcony. Very short walk to a fabulous restaurant (Domestico) and grocery store, also possible to walk to the Dubrovnik airport. The town was lovely. We stayed only one night, but wished that we had booked for a longer stay.”

“The property was very close to the airport, but there were no restaurants nearby. I had to walk to a small grocery to get food and toiletries (there was no shampoo or soap). The towels too were worn and old. The price was a bit too high for me, all things considered.”

It's a short, but easy bus ride into the town - take a 1a or 1b bus from almost outside the hotel direct to Dubrovnik Old Town. The views are beautiful and eating breakfast on the verandah on the waterfront is delighful. The rooms are clean and comfortable - the only complaint from my husband was that although tea and a kettle were provided there wasn't any coffee. It was readily available……

It’s small and intimate, perfect for couples. I would not recommend for families due to the small size and intimacy. The pool has a great vibe but it’s tiny so if that’s a key feature for you, you may want a bigger resort.
