“Favorite stay while traveling. The hosts were amazing and kind, even carried our luggage up to the room for us. The property is safe and beautiful and the apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked. We only stayed one night but it would be a perfect place to stay for an extended stay. ”

“The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again.”

“Very good location in Old City. Surprisingly quiet as it is on a side street very close to main center of the city. We bought the city pass for 1 day that included the wall walk and entry to several museums and attractions that we walked to with ease.
Clean, good AC and has its own hot water heater. Dehumidifier was an added bonus. Kitchenette was well equipped, though we did not cook there. Just made coffee and ate pastries from nearby grocery store. Highly recommend!”
“Great location right as you enter the Pile Gate. Check in was easy and they helped us with luggage up the stairs. Fresh water coolers available plus hot water and instant coffee. From is beautiful with tall ceilings. Bathrooms are new. Coordination with staff was very timely. Thank you for great visit to Dubrovnik!

“During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience.
Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples:
- At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight
- At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it.
- A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant……
