“We were looking for a quiet woodland retreat and found this place to be exactly that. The 3-season porch was wonderful. The furniture was comfortable. A wide variety of woodland birds and chipmunks came to the feeders close to the windows. The chipmunks were especially entertaining. A big thank you to the host for coming to refill the feeders. The addition of a large ground feeder soon attracted squirrels. The electric fireplace took off the chill, and we had fun changing the color of the……

“We mainly slept, showered and left. We did not use the hot tub. It was a nice backyard.Our purpose for being there was to save traveling back and forth from a venue, rehearsal, wedding, cleanup and home. The host was very pleasant and helpful.”

“If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in West Michigan, this property delivers in every way. My girlfriend and I stayed here while exploring the local towns in the area, and it was the ideal place to come back to at the end of each day. Most major sights and popular towns are about an hour away. The property has a wonderful cabin-in-the-woods feel — cozy and secluded without actually being a cabin. “A nice place to stay while we visited with family in the Lowell area, plenty of space for us and our vehicles. The beds were comfortable and clean. I just wish there had been screens on the windows to open them more comfortably because bugs kept getting in, fans were okay but it was on the warmer side. Overall the host was great and checking in/out was very simple!”

“Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies.”

“We just needed a place to sleep and shower. Property was fine for this. Parking was kind of tight with narrow drive, but adequate. Plenty of room inside for the two of us. Apartment door must have previously been kicked in and didn’t look very secure. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything important inside while we were away. Overall, it worked for sleeping and showering.”

“The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks).”
