No hot tub as advertised. No outdoor pool as advertised. The indoor pool area was dirty, pool water looked murky and the enclosed area was hot and stuffy. Property appeared very dated and run down, poor breakfast offerings. Outside of hotel appeared quite sketchy, would not stay here again.

When i pulled up to the property the area didn't look safe, there were a lot of people in the parking lot, it looked there was a fight and a lot of commotion. I took my family to another site for safety reasons. Thus I never checked in and went to another hotel

The property has 2 names shown, which is confusing when trying to find the place. I was sure if I was at the correct hotel. Upon entering there were 2 side of the front desk. When I got into the line for the name of the hotel I had booked the front desk person rudely said over here. I left my coat and hoodie there and the hotel would not bother to look or check their lost and found or even contact me. It is still on going. I was told different things by the same lazy front desk person. First that they throw everything away, then on a different call that I needed to speak to a manager that is never there, and that he doesn't know when the manager would be there because they come whenever. I don't understand why someone can't just check the lost and found. Very poor customer service. Bad attitude and bad area. I would not recommend staying here.

I would not recommend this property under any circumstances. The hotel is dirty, old, and the staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have made two inquiries to Expedia requesting a refund and they have been less than helpful. The hotel is incredibly dirty. The toilet seat in my room was broken, the phone and TV did not work. The front desk indicated that they did not have a technician available to fix anything. I requested another blanket and they only have one blanket per room. I heard scratches in the walls all night that sounded like rodents. Expedia nor the hotel will address my concerns. The pictures on the website are AI and are NOT representative of this awful property.

If you have a “pet friendly” hotel, me working at plenty for 7 years it’s common sense to steam Clean the carpets !! Smelt like straight DOG PISS. Minor children found open condoms in the pull out bed/couch! Reported & Manager screamed, called names, etc. will not refund me my $. Had to clean the bath tub because house keeping didn’t clean that OR entire room as if they didn’t even Vacuum!!! This place is DISGUSTING; I do not recommend!!! House keepers and manager checking rooms walking around with alcohol on the job. Unprofessional as sh** there’s so much more but they are now being investigated because I, as a mother , did what was right !

The property was advertised as a Baymont by Wyndom, which is true, but it is also a Days Inn. I wouldn't have stayed if I would have known its a Days Inn. The rooms were mostly clean and recently updated, but the updated is shotty at best. The pool area left a lot to be desired. I could hear the elevator in my room every time it moved, all night long.
