"The inn has been purchased by a delightful family who are gradually restoring it. Staff were great. Everything was clean. The microwave, refrigerator, etc. were fine. It was convenient to where we were skiing at Sipapu and reasonably priced for our family."

"Very nice stay. It was a trip with my sons and several of their friends. They had a lot of fun exploring. There was plenty of space for our group and the kitchen worked well for meals. It was a little more rustic than I expected with cell phones being out of range and no WiFi (I couldn’t remember if the description mentioned this), but it was nice to get the boys off their electronics for a change. Overall, a welcoming experience that worked for us to stay and drive to the slopes. "

"The place itself is really nice, it has beautiful views, good location (only 15m drive from the ski area), has tv, internet, kitchen, all the stuff you'd want out of a place like this.Unfortunately the bathroom didn't get cleaned from the previous renters. There was stains in the toilet, toothpaste and hair stuck to the sink and a giant pile of dirty towels in the bathtub that we had to wash. Mind you, if you leave dirty dishes in the sink upon checking-out there's a 50 fee. It brought into question the cleanliness of everything else and we wondered if it had been cleaned at all. The dishes on the drying rack hadn't been put away either."

"This cabin is amazing with tons of space. We had 11 people there, but you could easily sleep quite a bit more than that. "

"The listing states that the property has five bedrooms, which we found to be misleading. In reality, there are four bedrooms and one open loft sleeping area without doors. The listing photos do not clearly show that the loft is an open space. Because of this, we had to significantly rearrange our sleeping plans, which was very inconvenient for our group.Additionally, one one tiny bedroom had a door that was not fully functional. The downstairs room had a very thin, two-panel door that provided minimal sound insulation.There were a few other concerns upon arrival. A dustpan and broom were left directly at the entrance, which felt unusual. The sofa near the front door had a torn cover, and the door handle frequently fell off and could not be properly secured.We also experienced a serious issue with flies inside the house. This was particularly surprising given the time of year. There were a very large number of flies throughout the home—hundreds over the course of our stay. Despite the presence of sticky strips and traps, flies were constantly present and frequently landed on food, including getting into plates during meals, which was very uncomfortable. The scale of the issue raised concerns about where the flies were coming from and suggests a possible underlying source that may need to be investigated (I think its coming from sewage).The property is managed by a management company rather than the owner, and our experience with them was not very helpful (generic)"
