"I will start with the good. Its around great restaurants that is within walking distance. Great downtown vibe. I usually have a great experience here but this time it wasn't. I had crumbs in one of the beds. Coffee grounds were in the floor under the desk. So that let me know the room was not clean thoroughly. I checked out very early the next morning without even eating breakfast. Staff smell of marijuana. Needless to say I wont be returning. "

"Our room was great. We loved the separation. Only problem is the entertainment center didn’t allow the pullout couch to extend all the way. We had to turn the couch in order for our kids to have a place to sleep. I’d suggest getting a smaller entertainment setup. "

"Was advertised to have an indoor pool but was not in service upon our arrival. And paid $30 more than any other hotel in area due to that amenity. The outside door closest to our room was blocked. Chairs in dining area was in terrible shape. "

"The room was half clean. A dirty cloth was still on the shower rod and tangerine was left in refrigerator. I said I didn't care if it was a smoking or non smoking room and ended up in a smoking room. It was if someone was smoking right next to me."
