It was exactly what my family and I needed for our weekend trip. The heater/ac unit was not working properly but was good enough to warm the room up. The shower head also had its issues but it still got the job done. Neither of these issues were big enough for me to request that the Inn service the equipment. When you factor in that this is a budget motel, it was perfectly acceptable for what I paid. I was glad I was traveling with a friend and not my wife, but honestly I would have booked a nicer place if she was with me. For a quick overnight on a guys trip it was fine. The whole place was very clean. The rooms were updated. The bed was clean and comfortable. A train runs close by occasionally but mostly during the day. Other than that it was very quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay here. The lady who greeted us was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious and the bed might be the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The only ding I have for this motel is that it took about ten minutes for the hot water to get to us for showers. Once the water warmed up it was a good shower.
