The area of the hotel is very nice, lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. Staff was friendy and very helpful. The hotel itself was not the cleanest unfortunately, hallways had a bad smell so did the elevator. Had to switch rooms too due to first room not being cleaned properly and smell of cigarette.

The tour was very short but perfect for the younger children's attention span. They enjoyed their treats at the end. The chocolate is amazing.
