“I did not use the amenities since I got in late and left early. It was convenient to the airport and the shuttle picked me up and dropped me off the next day.”

“I’ve now stayed at this property twice both times we had issues, but this most recent trip was inexcusable. firstly due to a booking error on Expedia’s part (or so they say) we got a standard double room instead of a king suite, and when I asked about the possibility of a price difference, they said that all of their rooms were the same price which I have a hard time believing. Secondly, on our first night we noticed a room and I thought that that is where the ice was so I went to take a peek……

“Have stayed here before and it seems this place just not put any money whatsoever back into itself as far as maintaining the rooms. There was a light switch that didn’t work, the lights that were on were kind of faintly going in and out randomly. Jetted tub had gross bubbles forming from previous use grime. Bed was so uncomfortable, not sure if they’ve changed it but I don’t remember it being that bad, hard as a rock. Thermostat will not go below 68. It’s just simply not worth over 200 per……
