“Clean well kept property. Thanks for making it so easy. ”

“very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful”

“Host was great. Property was as advertised. Beautiful views from roof top and from windows.”

“This place is just amazing! We loved everything about our stay. Gorgeous place, fantastic location!”

“There was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. Despite it being listed as no smoking. Had to go out and get air fresheners. Messaged the owner who never responded. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher which also smelled. Had to hand wash the dishes and silverware just to be on safe side. And dirty towels found hanging behind bathroom door. Backyard full of weeds and hadn’t been cut in a while. Have stayed at other VRBO properties, this one was the worst.”

“Host was very responsive and accommodating. Property is close to downtown Covington. Very clean and quiet.”

“Family friendly neighborhood. Great location for getting to and from anything in the area. Place was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Host was super responsive and helpful for us and our visit. Definite recommend.”

“My friend and I stayed here for 1 night. The property is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to a restaurant that night for dinner. The host is very responsive to any messages or questions. I am already planning to stay again in the future.”

“Big kitchen, wide open spaces, decorated for the holidays.”

“Appreciated the flexibility and support prior to arrival with parking a large van and uhaul.”

“Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there.”

“Great location and lots of space.”
