"We blew in at around 9:30 pm during the January Freeze. Gabe welcomed us with humor and warmth. He pointed us to the coffee and hot chocolate; and advised that the front desk was fully staffed 24/7! He was very helpful even lending assistance with a problem we had with our room and arranged for a later than usual check-out although that never happened... Room was like a little suite. Full sized fridge, real dishes, glasses, and silverware. Dishwasher to run after use. Though it seemed clean overall; there was some crumbs and dirt all around the AC unit near the window! We ended up staying 2 nights due to the road conditions. Visha (?) very helpful and kind; let us keep same room. Breakfast was good; coffee fresh and plentiful. Seemingly good options for breakfast. Not upscale; but decent enough for the locale. The staff warrant giving it a four star!"
