“El hotel sigue siendo un clásico y un buen hotel en los alrededores de Santa Marta. PERO DEBEN INCLUIR TODOS LOS IMPUESTOS en el precio de la reservación y del pago de la misma. Las sorpresas de pagos pueden evitarse justamente cuando en una tarifa se incluye todo. Impuestos desagregados, donde se cobra en la tarifa del pago de la reservación unos sí, y luego en el front desk otros que no estaban incluidos, evitan malentendidos e incomodidades al huésped. ”

“Great stuff and great hotel , everything was very clean . The only bad thing about this hotel is the location , nothing is around to walk or do anything , is 25 min away from the city of Santa Marta . But in overall my experience at the hotel was great . ”
