“This was one of our favorite vacations as a family and a huge part of that was the property and home. It is hard to ask for any more than a beautiful home with plenty of space and a property that allows for beach lounging and kayaking.It was a great trip for our pets, as well, who loved playing in the yard and in the sand. They also kept an eye on the family of deer that regularly walked through the yard.The owner was great as well, responding to messages quickly and there were no issues...

“We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return.”

“This is a well kept beautiful home inside and out. The views are gorgeous, either from the deck or poolside. Lots of bird activity around the water. Well equipped clean kitchen and thought put in to the little things you might need overall. Great place to relax and enjoy the wonderful property. The owner manager Shannon is very available and responsive if needed. Could not recommend this listing more highly!”

“Our family had a great experience staying at this place. We were close to the beach and had access to a pool. The kitchen was stocked very well. The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. (room for more children as well)”

“The house sits directly on the bay. The view out the sliding class doors is absolutely beautiful! Scott & Dan are great hosts - easy to communicate with and super friendly, unlike the lady across the street, who is not nice at all! ”

“We had the BEST family vacation yet! This house was perfect for our family of 4 plus in-laws and a sibling. Everyone had thier own space. So many places on the property to go and relax. The pier was my favorite. We had the best time catching blue crabs, kayaking and enjoying the hot tub. The kitchen was PERFECT to make breakfast for everyone while watching them fish and play outside. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay. ”

“Un lugar muy bonito y acogedor para disfrutar con la familia y amigos hay donde nadar, pescar, hacer fogata y disfrutar del hermoso paisaje. Comentario constructivo: la refrigeradora y cocina muy pequeña y sería bueno que no hubiera carpeta sino madera en el piso.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet that this home provided. We weren't lucky enough to catch any fish but were able to catch about a dozen blue crabs! This home provided everything you might need to get away for a while and decompress! ”

“Our first impression was the ease of just punching in the code, the lock slid open, and we were in! The home is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We absolutely loved waking up in the morning to the sunset over the river. 3 beach-themed bedrooms, large kitchen, family room, bathroom and dining room. And outside facing the river…..my absolute heaven! The host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. We had such a great time that we saw that we could...
