"Very easy check in process and a great location on the coast. Property vas very clean and perfect for my wife and I. There was access to a small but well stocked kitchen and there is a grocery store nearby if you like to make your own meals."

"We stayed for three nights and very much enjoyed the flat. Super clean with nice amenities. The host adds many nice touches, like sleep masks and ear plugs (though you don't really need them). There is plenty of street parking, though it is a little steep for those who aren't used to SF streets, but we are. The host is very nice and communicates well with her guests. Busy Cortland street with many restaurants is close by, as is a huge park if you have dog. We would highly recommend this...

"The owner did not communicate at all. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away."
