"Wonderful bed and breakfast in the grounds of the 11th century castle in the heart of old Vittorio Veneto, aka Serravalle. The location and surroundings alone are worth it. My suite was comfortable, cozy and well-equipped. Friendly and accomodating family staff. Lovely wine bar on site too and close to other good restaurants in the town. The only downside is the steep hill you have to walk to get to it from the old town square, but it's worth it!"

"The entire experience at Thai was wonderful. Good breakfast, great dinner and bar service. My only suggestion is that they make massages available to customers that have a reservation there. They were sold out of all services and we had to drive to another resort town for a massage. "

This hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the grand canal, close to the water bus and about a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The walk was pleasant as many people are walking in the direction and we never feel unsafe. We are a family of 4 and were placed in a nearby building that has an apartment belonging to the hotel. This apartment does not include breakfasts but it was very clean, quiet, and spacious. We found an incredible bakery nearby that had many delicious options. "The NH Murano is an amazing hotel set in a stunning location. The hotel staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, restaurants and transport.
We booked breakfast in the hotel on the first day, but IMO €20 EACH for the breakfast buffet is a bit steep. You can get a coffee and pastries for 3 people at a local cafe for less than €20, and you are helping the local economy by doing so.
Transport to Venice is so easy, the water "buses" go from either 2mins walk from the hotel, or a 10min walk across the island.
Overall I would definitely stay here again, the experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
