The bed was clean but thats about it. Peeling paint on doors, Scotch Tape holding trim in place, no place to hang clothes, poor lighting, nothing on the walls, super noisy fan in toilet room. Zero ambience or comfort.

The check in and out were both extremely slow. The safety lock engaged when we left for dinner and we were locked out of our room. There was no one who could help us. They said the window was the only alternative. It was too small. They eventually offered us a different room but that eliminated our access to our medicines and CPAP machine. We paid a stranger to crawl through the window and unlock the door. There was no offer to reimburse us.

It was nice that there was a little refrigerator and microwave. There was no closet or hangers. There was an ironing board and iron. Beds were comfortable, and linens were clean. I asked for extra pillows, and they were brought to the room immediately. The TV worked. There were some built-in drawers and a chair to sit on. Everything looked like it was fairly new. There were plenty of outlets and a couple of USB slots. The ceilings were popcorn. Walls looked like they were freshly painted. Carpet was clean with no stains. There was no safe. There was a slight musty smell. The curtains had no sheers, and they wouldn’t close all the way. The wifi worked fine, and there was no password required. The shower had good pressure.The phone was old and dirty, and nobody answered when I called the front desk or housekeeping. Bathroom was adequate and clean. We liked that there was a separate little room with an extra sink. There was no grab bar near the toilet or in the shower, but we had not asked for an accessible room. Toilet was quite low. There were only green bananas and apples offered in the lobby to eat on the first night. They added cereal bars on the second night. Coffee was available with a variety of syrups. There were no coffee makers in the rooms. Fortunately, our room was close to the lobby so we could fill our travel mugs, and Starbucks was across the street. There was plenty of parking close to our room. We asked for a ground floor, and we got it.

There was no breakfast - just granola bars, yogurt and apples. Pool was closed. We few charged double: Expedia reservation cost and the hotel charged us again. Staff was not able to explain or reverse the charge

We were able to check in and get situated without any issues around 9:00pm. The room was spacious and big enough for our family of 6 to enjoy and feel comfortable.

Nobody to be found at the front desk. Not only when I arrived to check in, but also when I needed to talk to somebody about getting linens for the sofa bed. I first tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. I called multiple times, even as I was walking across the parking lot and into the lobby. Once in the lobby, while calling, the desk phone wasn’t even ringing. So I walked around until I found somebody. I lifted the lid on the ice bucket which was lined with a bag, but the bag had water in it. Staff dressed sloppy. Not at all what I expected from a Red Lion Inn. I’ve been to confesses at Red Lion Inn’s in the past and this particular location was a total disappointment. Definitely not worth the $186.01 I paid for. I will not stay there again nor recommend staying there to any of my friends or family.

The staff was very unprofessional the front desk lady had her feet up on the desk. Our room was nasty was not cleaned from the last person but sign off by head housekeeper. Crumpled up paper towels and rags in the corner. No towel tv remote was broke almost in half. The put a hold of 105.87 on my credit card the day we checked in which was the 20 an here it is the 5 and still pending they told us 2 to 5 business days this place has went down hill fast.

We did not stay at the Red Lion, due to the "hot tub" not working. The staff was very nice to cancel our room and advise us of another hotel that did have a hot tub.

Property was is a good location within walking distance of downtown. The Hotel itself was average with a very large room. The downfall was the hotel restaurant and bar was not open during our stay, While booking there was no notice of this or notice sent out stating this closure.

Staff was great. Check in was easy. We needed a pet friendly room, fees were reasonable. A few things could have been cleaner & better. There were items left in the fridge from previous travelers, shower curtain should have been replaced, it was ripped and barely staying in the rod.,vinyl sitting chair had many crumbs n dirt along side & under cushion.
