The size of our room beds and TV were great! The room was dirty, doors n walls were not wiped down at all! Fingerprints, splatters n stains. Very run down but the staff was great!

We had a wonderful welcome at check in, which was quick and simple. Our room was cosy, and the temperature could be adjusted easily. There were a few hairs in the bath and around the bathroom, which were a bit off putting. The rest of the room was clean. The breakfast is great, and we were provided a great selection of food. And the coffee was great!

Bathroom sink was not draining & I notified the front desk but didn't do anything about. Toilet was dirty, bed frame & floor was dirty, garbage outside was full, hotel is right in the middle of both side of the road so you see & hear cars loud flying outside your window, 2 door neighbors were smoking weed outside there door & there's kids around.

The night staff was helpful and truly wonderful, I ended up having an accident and not being able to walk and had to switch rooms to a lower level. The pictures leave something to be desired once you get into the physical rooms. The water pressure on the sink was low. The bathtub/shower had a really bad orange splatter on the bottom, didn't shower because of it. But once again the staff were very helpful giving us extra pillows to prop my foot up to elevate. Unfortunately not a place I would stay again.

The place was absolutely gross the walls and doors haven’t been wiped down in who knows how long. The area has some sketchy people roaming around the parking lot in the middle of the night. The bed was super uncomfortable. I will never ever return.
