I was a little put off by the $200 hold placed on my credit card and the sign on the sink in the room listing the cost of the individual towels in case I was tempted to steal something; it made me worry about the clientele. However, every other guest I met seemed nice and polite and I suppose that the hold was because I booked through hotels.com and Sonesta did not have my credit card number. "
