“Our stay at the Magnuson Hotel in Commerce was extremely disappointing. The biggest concern was safety. None of the exterior doors to the building were locked. I personally checked every exterior entrance, and every one of them allowed unrestricted access to the hallways and guest rooms. The check-in process was frustrating. Before arriving, my father and I called twice to confirm that my mother, who has mobility issues, would have a room with a walk-in shower. When we checked in, we were……

“Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts. They are considerate and kind. Breakfast was delicious. We were serenaded with Steve on the fiddle and Karen on the washboard. Great fun. Enjoyable visit. ”
