“The only immediately relevant issue is the back door. It only locks the outside knob, which means if you have not checked the lock before going outside, you may have locked yourself out of the house. (happened twice). Otherwise, house is fine, and well stocked. The house is in an older neighborhood with all the pluses and minuses that that entails. There is a large park at the very end of the street, (some distance away) which I ran thru but there did seem to be some homeless folks in that area.……
