“Upon arrival I thought I walked into the wrong condo. The were used sponges on the sink with a 1/2 full bottle of dish soap and then I open the refrigerator. The refrigerator had an old dingy kids lunch box, large bottle of water, open peanut butter, jelly and several condiments and didn't look clean. The stove, oven and sink also didn't look clean. The washer had unwashed cleaning towels inside. I called Vanessa and she responded right away that her cleaning accidentally left the lunch box……

“The condo was lovely, newly redecorated. We stayed 4 weeks, and Owner provided a mid-stay housekeeping visit. Location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner responded quickly to any questions we asked. We would definitely return.”

“We were comfortable and found everything we needed. The pool was great entertainment for the grandkids. Enjoyed being able to easily access the walkable bike path to REN’s coffee shops and bakery for our morning latte. Having our favorite TJ’s so close by was an added benefit.”

“Everything was exactly how it was advertised. Easy check in and great communication. Lots of kitchenware so we could do our own cooking and prep work. We were there for 10 nights and it felt like home. ”

“Weh have stayed at The Greens before and this unit was quite a disappointment. Minimally furnished and basically no decor, with broken metal blinds that could not be opened or let light come through. Many doors had cracks and also the walls. Poorly maintained unit overall. The linens were terrible worn out, and towels were stained and of poor quality as well. Soap and shampoo of the cheapest quality. Soap dispensers had diluted soap...No refills for trash bags, we had to buy our own... The……

“I had a few things go wrong during my stay and I can’t say that the owners were very proactive in handling it. First, there was a strong smoky odor in the condo that required a great deal of Febreeze that didn’t really cover it. I also had problems with fruit flies and I was asked to send a picture of the bugs so they knew how to address it. I didn’t bother as it’s pretty challenging to photograph fruit flies. And I also had to replace the coffee maker because the one provided was broken and……
