“On arrival greated by friendly couple. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Pretty Mural on wall and pretty bedspread. Room was small bud adequate for one person. The property was well maintained with pretty flower planters outside the rooms. Also nice chairs and tables outside the room. they offer coffee, bananas and some breakfast pastries in the morning. Location was very good. Right off the Parkway and less than five minutes down the road to Ocean City. Not a fancy place but really……

“Staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. The property was so charming. The balcony was amazing for views. Updated rooms. Decorating was gorgeous. We used the dining room area twice which was perfect. A block away from the boardwalk was clutch. We used the pool the bathroom for the pool was rundown but not a deal breaker.”

“It’s a nice (enough), clean (enough) property that’s SO conveniently located that I keep coming back. Staff is lovely usually. The parking sucks, you’re “guaranteed” a spot but rarely get one in the main or side lots. Bathrooms need a big upgrade.”

“The hotel allows pre-check in at 11, so it was nice to be able to park our car in the hotel lot and grab our beach tags. We spent the afternoon at the beach. Check in is 4pm and we were told we would get a phone call when the room was ready. Come 5 pm when we still hadn’t received a phone call, we decided to walk to the check in lobby and they said “oh, the room has been ready this whole time”. $450 a night for a somewhat clean room was disappointing, but the ability to be a 1 minute walk to the……
