"Our family has stayed in this area in the past. We noticed this hotel back then, but to be honest, we were wary as it was an older building and seem to be in a bit of disrepair. When planning this short stay, the hotel came up on our search and we barely recognized the location. After looking at the room pics we realize it was renovated and wanted to give it a try. The value for the location is incomparable. The fresh renovations made this hotel seem brand new, and the staff was the icing on the cake. They were attentive and courteous, making sure we were comfortable and well situated. The trundle bed was a bonus giving my daughter her own space. I'm glad we got to stay here before this location explodes like so many other spots in the area. My only regret is, our plans in the area only afforded us the opportunity for a one night stay. We will definitely return for a significantly longer amount of time a bit later this summer!"

"Very convenient location - close to beach and boardwalk. Parking was occasionally inconvenient when the main lots were full and you had to park across the street from the hotel. The pool was enjoyable, but no towels available. Rooms were mostly clean. Beds were a bit hard for our liking, and the pullout bed/sofa mattress was extremely uncomfortable due to springs and thinness. Some staff did not seem happy/welcoming, we had to wait awhile for service at the front desk and had to ask twice for new towels. Overall, not the fanciest hotel but better than others we've stayed at. It was worth the cost for the convenient location and pool."
