“從飯店不論是大廰 餐廳或是酒吧 都可以看到很美的海景。室內的泳池設施很乾淨。但是飯店房間的設施很老舊，而且櫃台的女接待人員不是很友善，清潔人員不會說英文，臉也都很臭。再者，從9樓的大廰要到房間去是另一個大挑戰。首先要把自己的行李搬下樓梯， 然後再去搭乘電梯，在飯店沒有任何人在那裡，除了一位女的接待人員在大廰 當然她不可能來幫忙 而且又不友善。然後搭乘第一個電梯到5樓，到了5樓電梯口 走幾步再把行李往樓梯下搬，再去換另一個電梯到3樓，然後到了3樓出了電梯，再把行李搬下樓梯去，然後去找自己3樓的房間。反之，當然你要退房時， 也要自己想辦法搬行李上9樓。在這搬行李的換電梯的過程你不會看到有任何飯店的人員。全部要自己想辦法。關於早餐，咖啡出其的難喝, 也出了我意料之外，因為我在這這麼多年，第一次喝到不好喝的咖啡。不過餐廳的服務人員態度都很好。”

“The room was very spacious and had a great view. We only were disappointed in lack of professionalism in staff. At the breakfast, we found the young employees hogging a coffee machine, chitchatting. No regard to guests who paid for the breakfast, not as a part of their fringe benefits (I am assuming that staff can eat the same breakfast as guests at this hotel?).
Only driveway to the parking was extremely steep and scary. A lot of water damage in the room and building. Very awkward building……
