“I had a very pleasant stay at Upon Harbor – Seixal Bay Hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a huge terrace, which I especially loved. The pool bar was also a highlight — the burgers were absolutely excellent. The staff did a wonderful job throughout my stay: friendly, attentive, and professional. The only thing I would personally change is the bedding. I would much prefer natural pillows and duvets instead of synthetic ones, as I think this would better match the overall quality……

“從飯店不論是大廰餐廳或是酒吧都可以看到很美的海景。室內的泳池設施很乾淨。但是飯店房間的設施很老舊，而且櫃台的女接待人員不是很友善，清潔人員不會說英文，臉也都很臭。再者，從9樓的大廰要到房間去是另一個大挑戰。首先要把自己的行李搬下樓梯，然後再去搭乘電梯，在飯店沒有任何人在那裡，除了一位女的接待人員在大廰當然她不可能來幫忙而且又不友善。然後搭乘第一個電梯到5樓，到了5樓電梯口走幾步再把行李往樓梯下搬，再去換另一個電梯到3樓，然後到了3樓出了電梯，再把行李搬下樓梯去，然後去找自己3樓的房間。反之，當然你要退房時，也要自己想辦法搬行李上9樓。在這搬行李的換電梯的過程你不會看到有任何飯店的人員。全部要自己想辦法。關於早餐，咖啡出其的難喝, 也出了我意料之外，因為我在這這麼多年，第一次喝到不好喝的咖啡。不過餐廳的服務人員態度都很好。”

“Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes.”

“Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great room facilities. The downside was the pool area and changing rooms both inside and out, these are not to 5*……
