Costa Azul All inclusive Vacations

Because this hotel was significantly cheaper than others in the same trendy neighborhood, we were worried about what we would find. However, everything about our experience—from the room to the service—was terrific. The flat is clean with an ultra modern vibe. Our room overlooked a lovely city square. The breakfast was all that you could want. We even got a free parking spot (there are 3 on a first come basis). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who want to explore central Lisbon.

Nice hotel, breakfast was excellent!

The hotel is really nice in general. We had a Sweet (bigger, nicer, more expensive) but noticed right off the mat, but it felt very hot (lots of windows, but also a lot of radiant heat from the sun. The air conditioner did not seem to be working very well. We asked them to check it on night number three, and they said everything was fine. But when we got back from dinner, it was very very hot. It was definitely cooler outside than inside, so we had to open all of the windows to let a little cool air come in, and threw the blanket on the ground and used only a sheet. It was still super hot all night, and loud as well because of surrounding noises. We hardly slept at all.

The overall experience was good however check in very lengthy since the receptionist was giving a lot of details including restaurant menu to the people in front of me. I was offered a welcome drink which never got since the one I got shortly after I checked in which it was a gin and tonic I ended up paying for it during check out; when I inquired about it in regards to the welcome drink reception said I still had to pay. Attention management *** please explain to guests what is a welcome drink, I assumed that it was any drink on hotel grounds. Thank you

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. It was the gem of our trip in Southern Spain/Portugal. The staff was so helpful and accommodating to any questions, needs or reservations we wanted to make. The room was clean, well maintained, quiet (see note below), and comfortable. The breakfast, which was included with the stay, was beyond delicious. We got to enjoy the beautiful pool area both afternoons we were there. It was within walking distance of all the local attractions within Evora -however be prepared for hills in the town! There is a free parking lot a two block walk from the hotel. We did end up driving up to the property to drop our luggage off and then parked the car as the cobblestone paths in town are uneven. The only downside to the stay, which was completely out of the control of the hotel, was there was jackhammering going on the opposite side of the property from our room. It went on from roughly 8:00 to 14:00, with a break for lunch. There was a lot of construction going on in Evora, as well as the other towns we visited, so it was what it was and since we were out site seeing during the day it didn't really impact us but it was loud.
