“This is our favorite place we have ever stayed; everything was perfect from top to bottom. We left after work and arrived late in the evening, and the wind chill was very cold. When we walked in for the first time, we were greeted by heated floors, a warm fireplace, Christmas music playing around the tree house, and more. It was the coziest, most welcoming feeling. The stay was so much fun; two weeks later we're still talking about it and saying how much we miss the treehouse.”

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
