There is also a large flat grassed outdoor area for games - badminton, corn hole etc. The house has an eat in kitchen, but also a formal dining room for those special occasions. The kitchen is loaded with all your needed kitchen assessors - Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, hand mixer, grilling utensils, George Forman grill, waffle maker, complete spice rack, ice cream maker, and more. The kitchen cookware is professional grade stainless steel. This house has a lovely and unique exercise room which includes several types of equipment. It also has yoga mats. The three private bedrooms all have blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. There are two full baths. The master bedroom has its on private bath. The rooms are quiet and lovely. The den is huge with a beautiful fireplace. The television is large with a dvd player and a large collection of movies. There is comfortable seating for all. There is also a good portion of this den dedicated to FUN! It's so much larger than it looks in the pictures. Anything you want is only 10 minutes away or less. My daughter, adult grandchildren and great-grands all live close to Covington. The town, and everyone in it, were the absolute sweetest. I love how close our rental was to the square. The home was clean, and the area was peaceful. The owner had great communication. The only things we wish it had were ceiling fans, and either reclining seating or ottomans in the living room area. But those items are really just personal preference for added comfort.
