Coyote Chalets

The most pet-friendly hotel. Very clean. No crazy fees. Will be back at least 3-4 times this next year!

The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Rooms were nice and clean and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Convenience, safe, neat

We requested for some towels they didn’t bring any when we came back to the room in the pm we had to call again to get the towels.. it will be nice to have rooms cleaned how it used to be prior to Covid… we pay a lot for our stay to get no room service

The historic building is awesomw

Was quite, plenty of parking , staff super nice and helpful I checked in really late and it wasn't a problem. there is food semi close by about a 5 min drive... you can if you want but its a bit of a mission on foot.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Would recommend and definitely coming back! Only downfall is no pool and you have to pay for parking!!

We have stayed here many times and always have enjoyed the stay and this was no exception!

Great stay

The room was very up to date and clean. Had absolutely no complaints about the room. The staff was very friendly and informative when we arrived to check in. We were very happy to find out that they had charging stations in their garage too! Will definitely book here again!

Was a really spacious & clean room with full kitchen 👍 Early check in and late check out. Very nice room !!

I came into this hotel at 10pm in tears. When I walked up to check in, the man at the desk asked if I was okay. I told him I have a 7 month old and we were at another hotel that was supposed to be “great” but that it was terrible and I just want somewhere quiet and clean for us to sleep for the night. He checked me in very fast and gave us a corner room with no one in the room on the other side of us. He then kept telling me that if there was anything about the room that we were unhappy with to...

My first time here I am very pleased with this convenient access to SJSU for my classes and events. Though there was cheaper motels much further away I was very happy to be able to park and the kind staff even allowed me to park earlier and stay later than my Stay at the in the room the saving me hassle of having to re-park on campus The room was very clean, quite safe though there was no coffee tea set up inside the room, but the next-door has “Academic” coffee house. And many restaurants...

The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows were great, too. I also liked the complimentary chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious. The location was great, too. Lots of great restaurants in the Pruneyard within walking distance. The only less than great part of my stay was the hotel breakfast. It was just okay for what was charged.

Stay was great. Staff was wonderful and continental breakfast was pretty decent. Within walking distance of Levi Stadium for a concert. Only downside was we were there for 3 days and they never came and refreshed the room even once.
